What you can expect from the role
As National Sales Manager USA, you will be responsible for establishing and expanding our retail partnerships, driving revenue growth, and increasing brand awareness in the U.S. market. You will work closely with the global sales team and report directly to our Sales Director in the U.S..

Your responsibilities
  • Drive the execution of HORL’s strategic sales initiatives to accelerate brand growth and market presence across the U.S.
  • Identify, establish, and nurture strong relationships with retail partners to expand distribution channels.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets while ensuring effective market penetration and long-term customer engagement.
  • Represent HORL at key industry trade shows, events, and networking opportunities to enhance brand awareness and visibility.
  • Provide training, tools, and ongoing support to retail partners to ensure high-level product knowledge and sales performance.
  • Continuously monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer insights to adapt and optimize sales strategies.
  • Deliver regular sales performance reports, insights, and forecasts to the U.S. Sales Director, supporting data-driven decision-making.
What you bring to the role
  • 3–5 years of proven success in a sales role, ideally within premium consumer goods, kitchenware, or lifestyle products.
  • Strong track record in driving revenue and building lasting client or retail relationships.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and influence both internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • A proactive, hands-on mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship requirements.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Willing and able to travel frequently across the U.S. to meet with partners, attend events, and support retail initiatives.
